What is I.E.E.?

I.E.E. is an apparel company that uses t-shirts as a way to visually express and communicate important social issues. We use our profits to create and provide educational workshops that bring in experts who focus on personal, physical, and professional development.

Is I.E.E. a non-profit?

We are not registered as a 501c3.

What is the purpose of the Cycle Initiative? Does your tagline “I’m on my cycle” refer to a woman’s period?

“I’m on my cycle” is an intentionally provocative tagline that dovetails off the heavily stigmatized biological process. The goal is to ignite conversation around that stigma, change perception, and redefine what the “cycle” represents.

As mentioned within the site, it is far less about a women’s period and far more about empowering women… period!

We have women from all walks of life, all shapes, sizes, colors, and backgrounds in all stages of personal, physical, and professional development proudly proclaiming that they are on their cycle!

This is a powerful message and we want it to be clear to all women, especially young women that you can be whatever you want to be; you can do whatever you want to do! There are female role models everywhere proving it!

I’m a business, how do I get involved?

Business owners have the option to empower their employees by representing their business logo on the sleeve of our shirts.
