Why do I support the cycle? I’m a product of a single mother. This initiative reminds me of the challenges Roberta, my mother, and I faced growing up. My mother’s work ethic and determination to be a successful business woman helped shape the person I am now. Now, I am the proud father of a young daughter and want to instill the same values in her that I hold so dear in my mother. Igniting, exciting, and empowering is the key to making this a reality. As a business owner, it’s imperative that we all appreciate each other’s skillsets. I teach my children, don’t focus on gender, focus on skill set.
